- Party-Builder Roleplaying Games
- Examples:
- Baldur's Gate series (Bioware/Larian)
- Pillars of Eternity series (Obsidian)
- Neverwinter Nights series (Bioware/Obsidian)
- Shadowrun series (Harebrained Games)
- Knights of the Old Republic (Bioware/Larian)
- Traits:
- Main Character crafted by player.
- Companions with side quests
- Long stories
- Town/Castle/Base Building minigames
- Story Genres I'd like to see:
- Fantasy 16th to 17th century
- Example Tabletop: 7th Sea
- Existing CRPG: Greedfall
- Greedfall world lore is a bit thin.
- Cultures are a bit monolithic hat wearers.
- Specific Settings I'd like to see:
- 7th Sea
- Weird West
- Example Tabletop: Deadlands
- Existing CRPG: Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare
- Can't create your own character
- Specific Settings I'd like to see:
- Deadlands
- Superhero
- Example Tabletop: Champions; Mutants and Masterminds
- Existing CRPG: Freedom Force
- Making your own character isn't really practical
- Horrible UI
- Humor didn't age well
- Buggy
- Upcoming Hope: Sentinels of Freedom
- Wu Xia
- Example Tabletop: Feng Shui
- Existing CRPGs: Jade Empire
- Can't design your own avatar, just select from pre-gens.
- Focus is the clearly dominant playstyle. Would be nice if Body or Soul playstyles were as effective.
- Urban Horror/Fantasy
- Example Tabletop: East Texas University, Chronicles of Darkness
- Existing CRPGs: Vampire: Bloodlines
- This is just a really good game.
- Specific Settings I'd like to see:
- East Texas University
- Samurai
- Example Tabletop: Legend of Five Rings
- Existing CRPGs: Way of the Samurai
- Haven't played it much, so can't say much of what I don't like.
- Specific Settings I'd like to see:
- Legend of Five Rings: Rokugan

Computer Games I'd like to see
I'm going to organize this by Game Genre first and then Story Genre and list some similar games and things I was dissatisfied with on that game. Sometimes I'll list specific world settings I'd like to see.
