So, when you're playing a point buy game that features cooperative world building, you have a tendency for certain players to come up with something...strange.
Keep an eye on whoever is the largest ham in your group. They will often do something that gives you fits of the giggles and assorted headaches.
I can only imagine the creative process that went into the Centauri somewhat reflects this.
"I know! We'll make their hair stand on end like Frankenstein's Bride."
"And give them little vampire fangs."
"And...tentacles!"
"Really?"
