There are Gamemasters who think that any point of discussion between you and them is fair game to a quick RP. I have, on occasion, been one of these sorts of GMs. However, if a GM comes up to you out of the blue and starts acting in character as some NPC....be afraid...be very afraid.
There also a lot of players like Molly who enjoy getting other people's goats.
Note, Vir Cotto WILL be a PC eventually....but he'll suffer as an NPC for a bit first.
