While she will have normal style casting, some of her powers, feats and spells will actually represent mutations that give her abilities. For example, take the Observant feat to represent eyes on her back (and may keep the idea of the bunny ears the previous character had...because this is something of a parody).
I'm sort of combining more traditional bizarre mutations for any warhammer-ish chaos sorcerers and an upbeat, cheerful and kind personality. So she's something of a mutant Polyanna. She will be an alternate human. Because it is the closest to raw chaos, I'm going for the Great Old One pact.I'm starting her with a spear, but given her low Strength, I'm expecting her Pact Weapon to be a finesse weapon. I have the idea of a whip growing out of her arm or side for some reason.
Note, that though I am going for the silly/cheery route. There is nothing stopping you from taking more alien, inhuman and disturbing mutations and explain them by taking various feats or powers.

I imagine that her Arms of Hadar are actually part of her and grow out of her body.
