Relevance: Attempting to recreate a stable version of the bioweapon that created her species. Unaware that part of the reason anybody survived was the interference of Arachnae.

Status: Dead. Devoured by spider spirits, spirit splintered.
Encounter: Operation Black Comet
Relevance: Sponsored Atsuko Popov. Set Atsuko's failed experiments on Edinburgh Police Force. Stole the pieces of his daughter, Celino Leonora Adessi and had them sent away.
